Through private sessions, one can be given a deeper understanding of one’s existence and how yoga can be made a part of it. Walking towards the path of self-analysis and internalizing your life experience for self-improvement becomes easier. One-on-one session with the teacher gives an opportunity to gain a deep understanding of your body, mind, and your being as a whole. Individual sessions with Anuja include a thorough fitness assessment of the client that helps her to design goal-specific programs which are efficient, effective, and fun.
